Solly Spring Style

March 19, 2018

The thing I love about our wraps (okay, one of the many things I love about them) is that they never feel like a sartorial afterthought. They’re part of the outfit- heck, half the time they make the outfit! To prove it we asked stylist Sydney Liann to put together 16 different looks using 6 wraps from our current collection. As you search below for your own mom style inspiration, I think you’ll agree: babies really are the best accessory. #sollyspringstyle / All photography by: Nicki Sebastian

Client pitches. Weekend errands. School pickup. Wild ginger gets it done with enthusiasm, self-assurance and gusto. I should mention it also hides spills, dresses up leggings and is basically like putting on red lipstick.

Quick stop at the office to show off baby. Your cousin’s wedding on the beach. A play date at the park (more for you than her). Apricot brings confidence, festive vibes and good energy to your current season. Pair it with an oversized sweater for extra privacy while nursing or keep it freshly feminine with flattering ruffle sleeves.

Mommy-and-me yoga. Baby’s well-check appointment. Natural & Grey Stripe goes everywhere with you, just like your little one. Pair it with a button-down dress for easy nursing access, or opt for a ball cap + backpack diaper bag for ultimate low-maintenance chic.

Daycare drop-off. Your eldest’s T-ball game. Brunch with your gal pals. Dandelion Stripe is polished, preppy and makes up for never being punctual. Try dressing it up with a totally doable block heel, or keep it casual-cool with denim on denim.

Day date with your love. Impromptu stop at your favorite boutique. Parent-teacher conferences. Violet was made for romance, daydreams and sweetening the deal. Style it with gorgeous linen pants (that feel like sweats!) or an A-line skirt that looks good on everyone.

Strolling around downtown. Interviewing potential babysitters (#mamaneedsanightout). Wren keeps it calm, cool and collected. Wear it with a roomy dress that fits no matter what your shape postpartum, and top it off with a hat bc we all know you haven’t had a chance to wash your hair.

I am buying a wrap for my daughter- first one and I sure of size to order. Can the xl be used with new born or just bigger babies? She will have a 20 month and thought she would enjoy this hands free coziness with her new son.

Thanks for the advice!
