Don’t be afraid of your needs. Even if people don’t understand, don’t stop communicating what you feel that you need. If communication feels too tough, write out your thoughts until you next feel brave/rested enough to share.
Dealing with PPD does NOT make you any less of a mom nor does it mean you don’t desire to be a mom. If you’re reading this and feeling something similar, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I promise someone around you can relate. You are loved. If you don’t feel that right now, at least believe it and the rest will come.
